All funds deposited to Jiliganes must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made on your behalf by another person — are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review. Jiliganes does not accept deposits made with proceeds from illegal activity.
Processing times vary by method and may be affected by bank operating hours, national holidays, and system maintenance. Jiliganes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a transaction has been initiated.
Withdrawal requests at Jiliganes are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Jiliganes may ask players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Jiliganes aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe stated at the point of request. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
If a bonus is currently active in your Jiliganes account and has not yet met its wagering requirement, your withdrawal may be held or the bonus may be forfeited before the withdrawal proceeds. Review the terms of any active promotion before submitting a withdrawal request.

The results recorded by Jiliganes servers are considered final and definitive. Jiliganes' total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the total value of funds held in the player's Jiliganes account at the time of the incident. Jiliganes does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or anticipated losses.
